The client contacted us to ask if we could provide them with a new structure to increase the storage space at the back of their kitchens.
This is a permanent wedding and party venue near Wantage in Oxfordshire.
Site meeting February 2019:
A site meeting was arranged to assess the proposed area where they wanted to fit a storage marquee structure. We measured the site and discussed the options. We concluded that a standard 3m x 3m clear span frame marquee would be the most cost-effective option with white 650gms PVC roof, gable end panels and walls to enclose the unit. The only adjustments to the off the shelf product (for the client’s convenience) would be the access to the structure, the regular eye and lace panels would be changed to zipped doorways both at the front and back of the structure and the fixing of the structure from the legs to a concrete base would be via expansion bolts.
Quotation:
A quotation was prepared and emailed along with a sketch layout. After acceptance of this proposal the production commenced & the manufacturing of the covers with bespoke walls took place in-house. Delivery and installation were arranged for late March 2019 to coincide with the start of the client’s event season.
Delivery:
All the manufactured equipment was quality checked and then loaded to be sent to the site. The installation team was briefed regarding the site and what equipment would be required to install the structure.
